Employee Safety Training with Commander Penner & Detective Guastalli

Creating a safe environment for employees, customers, and visitors is a priority for every business. Join Commander Penner and Detective Guastalli of the Sedona Police Department for an informative and practical training focused on workplace safety, situational awareness, and effective response strategies.

This interactive session will provide business owners, managers, supervisors, and frontline staff with tools to confidently navigate challenging situations in the workplace. Topics will include de-escalation techniques, handling disruptive individuals, recognizing warning signs of potentially threatening behavior, personal safety best practices, and when and how to involve law enforcement.

Attendees will also receive guidance on developing workplace safety plans, strengthening internal policies and procedures, and fostering a culture of preparedness within their organization.

Whether your team regularly interacts with customers, visitors, or the general public, this training offers valuable insights to help protect employees, maintain a safe environment, and respond effectively when unexpected situations arise.

This is a free event for the employees of Sedona and the Verde Valley area.
