This course will give the attendee a basic understanding of what stress is, types of stress, how to identify stress in their lives, the three primary stages of stress, signs and symptoms of stress, techniques for building resiliency and capacity, and basic tools to manage stress. The emphasis will be on taking care of ourselves so we can better care for others.
