Join us as we celebrate the grand opening of Dream West Caboose with an official Ribbon Cutting Ceremony on May 6th, 2pm-2:30 pm in historic downtown Clarkdale.

This unique new venture from the team behind Blazin' M Ranch brings new life to a repurposed vintage train caboose, now serving up a creative breakfast and lunch experience. Blending French-inspired crepes, classic American comfort food, and Southwestern flavors, the Dream West Caboose offers something for everyone in a setting that’s as memorable as the menu.

Guests are invited to step inside the caboose, meet the team, and sample a taste of their offerings—from sweet and savory crepes to signature burritos and BBQ favorites —all thoughtfully crafted with a touch of local flair.
