Hi Sponsors,

We are looking forward to welcoming you to the Joint Chamber Mixer on Monday, March 16 from 5:30 – 7:30 PM at Blazin’ M Ranch. Thank you for being part of what should be a fun and well-attended evening bringing together members of both Chambers.

Below are a few important “Know Before You Go” details to help ensure a smooth load-in and setup.

Mixer Time: 5:30 – 7:30 PM


Vendor Arrival & Setup

3:00 PM – Sponsors may begin arriving onsite
3:00 – 4:30 PM – Sponsor load-in window (Vendors in Barn will begin loading in at 3:30 pm)
4:30 – 5:00 PM – Final setup and table/activity preparation

5:00PM: Early arrivals begin
5:30 PM – Mixer officially begins

Please reference the sponsor list, outside courtyard diagram and table assignments included with this email. Each table will have your business name and table number printed and placed at the table location.


Parking & Unloading

For unloading, sponsors may pull their vehicle up to the front entrance near the train depot.

After unloading your supplies, please move your vehicle to the designated vendor parking area closest to the barn. Parking staff will be onsite directing vehicles.

Chamber staff and volunteers will also be available to assist if needed.


Tables & Setup Information

• Each sponsor will have a 6ft table set up at their activity space
• Two chairs will be placed at each sponsor table, more available upon request
• WIFI: Network/PW: blazinadmin / Bmr86326!

• No Power Available
• Bring all your marketing and signage, pop-ups, table cloths, whatever you have to own that space and activity

• Blazin M will supply a ladder and 2 staff members to assist set up
• Encouraged to hang banners on the actual storefronts/activities
• Bring all your own mounting hardware necessary to hang your materials; i.e. nails, zip ties, cord, screws, tools – Ryan’s staff can assist in physical hanging, but must provide all own supplies

Please note:

• Tablecloths will not be provided.
• If you plan to hang signage or displays, please bring your own tape or mounting materials.


Optional Sponsor Raffles

Some vendors/sponsors have chosen to host their own raffle at their table. Please note:

• These raffles are separate from the official Mixer raffle.
• Vendors are responsible for collecting guest names and contact information.
• Vendors will contact the winner directly to award their prize.


Tear Down

The mixer concludes at 7:30 PM.

• Tear down may begin at 7:30 PM.
• Vendors must have all materials cleared from the courtyard by 8:30 PM.
