Auction Item Donation Form

Thank you for supporting the Red Rock Recovery Fund through the donation of an auction item or experience.

Proceeds from the online auction will directly fund the Employee Assistance Grants, providing flat, one-time grants of $1,000 to employees impacted by the Pocket Fire.

Your generosity helps strengthen our community and supports local workers as they recover from the economic impacts of the fire.

Before You Begin

  • Allow approximately 5–10 minutes to complete this form.
  • Please provide as much detail as possible about your donation.
  • The online auction will open on Wednesday, August 7.
  • Donations will be accepted through Friday, August 14.
  • The online auction will close on Wednesday, August 26. 
  • A Foundation representative may contact you if additional information is needed.
