Down Dog Sedona creates private wellness experiences on the red rocks, in our West Sedona studio, and wherever you're staying. Guided vortex hikes, yoga on the land, sound healing, breathwork, and Reiki, shaped around who actually shows up that morning.

Retreats. Our women's retreats run each fall and spring in a private Sedona home or resort, capped at seven, built around movement, breath, sound, time on the land, and Ayurvedic practices you can carry home. Chef-prepared meals throughout. Placement is by application. Our men's programming, led by Everett, centers on mobility, strength, and longevity for men in the second half of life. Move better, feel better, lead better.

Corporate and groups. We deliver wellness programming on site at your hotel, resort, or venue, from a half-day reset to multi-day offsites. Meetings that end with people actually restored, not just relocated. Larger groups are accommodated by arrangement.

We hold a U.S. Forest Service Commercial Use Authorization, which lets us guide you to places most Sedona wellness providers cannot reach.

Founded and led by Elle Everett, a certified Ayurvedic Health Counselor through Kripalu with a 500-hour yoga certification, alongside Everett, a Sedona musician who co-leads our sound experiences. Creating extraordinary experiences, one at a time.
