The owners of the Blazin’ M Ranch have purchased the property that was previously home to Violette’s Bakery Café. Ryan and Leila Glass opened a new restaurant named “The Dream West Caboose."
The Blazin’ M Ranch has grown in popularity not just for its old western-themed ranch and dinner shows but also for its food. The new location is meant to make the meals more accessible for those who just want a bite to eat.
The Dream West Caboose will have a breakfast menu with coffee, burritos, and crepes as well as a lunch menu with pulled pork and chicken sandwiches. It will offer the same sides as offered at the ranch. Currently, the plan is to be open from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m., but they might begin to offer dinner if there is a demand for it, according to Ryan Glass.
We will also sell “caboose pies,” which are individual, refrigerated pies served as individual portions out of a mason jar with a graham cracker base, cream filling, and seasonal fruit puree toppings. Mixed berry, strawberry rhubarb, and raspberry prickly pear will be the first flavors available.
