Description

This immersive experience combines guided meditation, reflection, and intuitive painting. Using abstract and expressive art practices, participants are invited to release perfectionism, challenge self-limiting beliefs, soften internal criticism, and reconnect with instinct, imagination, and emotional landscapes. Rather than focus on technical skill or artistic outcome, this workshop emphasizes process, curiosity, and authenticity through freedom of expression. 🎨 

No artistic experience necessary! All levels welcome! 

Your facilitator, Reinah Bauer, is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and artist - passionate about exploring the intersection of emotional awareness and creative expression. Drawing from both therapeutic and artistic perspectives, her work centers on helping others deepen their relationship with themselves, their creativity, and the world around them through expression.
