As we explore Outbound’s glorious property, we’ll delve deep into our chakra energy centers. 

Starting with a grounding mindful walk to balance the root chakra, then adding contemplation, breath, mantra and vocal toning, rising up to the Crown chakra ending with a meditation. You will experience a physical and emotional release; a sense of peace and clarity.
