Our DIAMOND Anniversary is here, and we're ready to celebrate 60 years of compassion and saving lives at our Community Open House! Join us this August as we open our doors for a special community celebration. Whether you're a longtime supporter, an animal lover, or simply looking for a fun way to spend the day, there's something for everyone at this family-friendly event. 

Throughout the day, you'll enjoy: 

• Live music 
• Live sculpting demonstration by renowned Sedona artist, Ken Rowe 
• Behind-the-scenes shelter tours 
• Delicious refreshments provided by Gerardo's 
• A silent auction featuring unique items and experiences 
• A fun Wine Grab fundraiser 
• HSS History talks with Jeff & Debra Duffy 

Plenty of opportunities to meet our wonderful adoptable dogs and cats We're also excited to host an Open Adoption Day, meaning no appointments are needed! Visitors can meet adoptable pets, connect with our adoption team, and, if it's the perfect match, begin the adoption process that very same day. Whether you come for the history, the art, the music, the animals, or the chance to support a great cause, you'll be helping celebrate six decades of compassion, second chances, and community.
