Intro to Ayurveda to Feel Balanced and Well

Join Marianne, a Chopra Certified Ayurvedic Health Instructor, for one or all of these sessions to learn how to use the ancient science of Ayurveda to take control of your health and wellbeing. By understanding your natural constitution, you can use food, nature and simple techniques to navigate the everyday occurrences that impact our well-being. In these workshops you will learn: * the basic principles of Ayurveda * natural techniques to balance your mind and body * how to work with nature and your senses to feel balanced and well * which foods, spices, aromas and activities are best for your specific constitution. You will receive handouts to take home with specifics about food, techniques and principles related to the specific class(es) you attend. $50 per class, with a 10% discount for VYS members, includes a 30-minute private consultation. Students that attend all three sessions will receive a $20 retail credit to purchase Ayurvedic items.
