Experience astronomy, astrology, community, and the annual Perseid Meteor Shower during an unforgettable night beneath some of Arizona's darkest skies.

Bring a blanket or camping chair and create your perfect evening under Sedona's spectacular night sky. Stay for one activity or enjoy the entire experience, from solar viewing and a complimentary Pilates class to inspiring astrology and astronomy presentations, a collective sunset gathering, and guided stargazing with 6 telescopes.

Timed alongside the annual Perseid Meteor Shower, a New Moon creating one of the darkest skies of the year, and a solar eclipse taking place on the other side of the globe, Under the Stars celebrates Sedona's dark sky heritage while inviting guests to learn something new, connect with others, and experience the wonder of the cosmos together.

5:30-7:00 PM: Solar Viewing - Led by Dennis Young

6:30-7:10 PM: Astrology Session - Led by Cassiopeia; Includes History of Astrology and Astronomy, Understanding Solar Eclipses, Perseus Constellation

7:10-7:30 PM: New Moon Forecast - Led by Kirti

8:00 PM: Sunset - Gather together at Sunset Mesa Patio for a collective moment

8:00-9:30 PM: Astronomy Session - There will be 6 Telescopes available on property provided by Night Owl Tours for the community to gaze up into the night sky. Things you can expect to see:
