Layla's Bakery Cafe in Sedona, AZ is looking for one part to time front of house person to join our team, starting immediately. Our ideal candidate is self-driven, motivated, and hard-working. Position will include cashier, food running and barista shifts. Barista experience a plus. This is a part time position, and will require working Fridays, Saturdays and the occasional mid-week day. We are closed on Sundays and Mondays.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers entering and leaving the business
• Guide guests through pastry and dessert offerings, as well as food menu
• Maintain a clean and tidy work area
• Accurately process all cash and credit payments
• Provide exceptional customer service

Qualifications

• Proven working experience as a cashier or in customer service
• Basic mathematical skills
• Strong attention to detail and self motivation
• Ability to listen and communicate effectively with guests, peers, and managers
