Sedona Crystal Vortex is seeking a motivated, detail-driven Distribution Center Manager to lead inventory flow and support operations for four vibrant retail locations in Sedona.

This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who enjoys building strong systems, improving workflows, and successfully supervising a small team while partnering closely with store teams.

You’ll Lead:

- Product receiving and invoice verification

- Pricing, labeling, and quality control

- Inventory accuracy across stores and backstock

- Daily store transfers and fulfillment

- Online order fulfillment for customer purchases through our e-commerce site

- A clean, organized, high-performing Distribution Center

- A small distribution team through clear direction and support

- Ongoing communication with leadership and store team

Ideal Candidate:

- Experience in inventory, warehouse, or retail operations

- Strong organizational and time management skills

- Working knowledge of crystals and minerals, including accurate identification and quality standards

- Ability to recognize low inventory due to sell-through and store demand, and proactively flag the need for reorders

- Comfortable lifting and moving product

- Familiarity with Shopify or similar systems (training provided)
