We provide training in our products, materials, craftsmanship, styling, and custom design process. Personal presence, good judgment, curiosity, and exceptional people skills matter most.

What you’ll do:

• Welcome each guest and create an engaging, personalized experience
• Guide clients through the custom hat design process
• Help guests select flattering shapes, colors, proportions, hatbands, and finishing details
• Share the stories, materials, techniques, and craftsmanship behind our hats and all other products in the store
• Introduce guests to our curated collection of bags, boots, jewelry, hatbands, and accessories
• Build lasting relationships with local clients and visitors from around the world
• Follow up with clients and support special orders when needed
• Contribute to individual and storewide sales goals
• Maintain a beautiful, organized, and elevated environment
• Communicate professionally and work collaboratively with the entire team
• Support daily store operations, merchandising, opening and closing responsibilities, and special events

Experience Needed:

• Boutique hospitality or luxury retail
• Art, fashion, interior design, jewelry, personal styling, or other creative fields
• Wine tasting rooms, spas, galleries, or experience-driven businesses
• Artisan markets, design studios, or handmade-product environments
• Client service roles centered on relationship-building and personal attention

Schedule and compensation:

• Weekend and seasonal availability required
