Sedona Crystal Vortex is looking for a Sales Associate who already knows how to sell—someone who has worked a busy floor before and is ready to bring that experience to a specialty retail environment unlike anything else in town. You'll engage customers directly, build real product knowledge on crystals and minerals, and contribute to a high-traffic store from day one. If you're new to retail, this likely isn't the right fit—but we're always hiring for the right one.

• Greet and engage customers on the floor—this is an active sales role, not a register-watching role
• Answer product questions on crystals, minerals, pendulums, smudging tools, and energy jewelry (training         provided on product specifics; selling instinct is yours to bring)
• Guide customers to the right purchase; upsell naturally and knowledgeably
• Operate the Shopify POS system for sales, returns, and exchanges
• Handle cash accurately: opening and closing cash procedures
• Keep the floor merchandised, stocked, and visually clean throughout every shift
• Take phone inquiries professionally and direct customers as needed
• Work toward team sales goals; communicate with shift leads and managers throughout the day

• 1+ year of retail or direct customer-facing sales experience — required, not preferred
• Demonstrated comfort engaging strangers and driving a sale, not just completing a transaction
• Cash handling experience and basic retail math
• Able to stand for the full duration of your shift and move product as needed
• Reliable transportation to Uptown Sedona — we are not on a public transit route
• Weekend availability — our busiest days are Saturday and Sunday; this is required
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a genuine plus for our customer base
