At Amazing Acupuncture, we help our community heal, recharge, and thrive. We are a busy, patient-centered clinic dedicated to holistic wellness. We are looking for a sharp, multi-talented Front Desk Coordinator who can manage our lobby and seamlessly support our back-office growth. If you are highly organized, love spreadsheet data, and have a passion for digital marketing, you will fit right in!
What You’ll Do (Core Responsibilities):
Patient Experience: Welcome patients, manage check-ins/check-outs, and answer phone inquiries.
Billing & Tracking: Process patient payments, manage billing workflows, and update data tracking spreadsheets.
Digital Marketing: Execute basic digital marketing tasks to help grow our clinic's online presence.
Clinic Bookkeeping: Assist with basic bookkeeping records and maintain accurate financial logs.
Clinic Flow: Keep the reception area organized and cleaned, schedule appointments, and manage patient files.
Who You Are (Requirements & Qualifications):
Billing Savvy: Prior experience with medical/clinic billing workflows or general invoicing.
Spreadsheet Pro: Highly comfortable tracking data using Excel or Google Sheets.
Marketing Coordinator: Experience with digital marketing (e.g., social media management, email newsletters, or local SEO).
Detail-Oriented: Basic understanding of bookkeeping principles and math accuracy.
Excellent Communicator: Empathetic, welcoming, and clear with patients both in person and on the phone.
