• Create a warm, authentic first impression through greeting and engagement with every customer
• Build rapport and guide customers through their shopping experience from entry to checkout
• Share product knowledge — fit, fabric, styling, and accessories — to support purchasing decisions
• Offer thoughtful add-on suggestions that complete and enhance the customer's selections
• Manage multiple customers at once while maintaining a high level of service
• Maintain a clean, organized, visually appealing store; recover and refresh displays throughout the day
• Accurately complete opening and closing procedures and operate the POS system
• Support email capture efforts to build relationships with local customers and drive store events

• Previous retail experience required — fit, styling, or fashion retail background strongly preferred
• Strong verbal communication skills; comfortable building rapport quickly with new customers
• Self-motivated, with a genuine drive to meet personal and store sales goals
• Team-oriented — contributes to the floor, not just to individual numbers
• Available for full-time, 40-hour weekly scheduling, including weekends
• Comfortable with POS systems, basic retail math, and daily cash procedures
• Reliable transportation to Uptown Sedona — not on a public transit route
• Flexible and adaptable as store needs and priorities shift throughout the day
