To be considered for this role, candidates MUST:
- Learn and adapt to our LEAN culture.
- Both work and communicate effectively with other TEAM members.
- Ensures the highest level of guest service and satisfaction.
- Receives orders for and serves all food and beverage requests in restaurant and pool areas, displaying knowledge of all menu items, making menu suggestions according to guest needs.
- Consistently maintains the highest standards of guest service and food and beverage quality by ensuring food and beverage presentation is fresh and up to quality standards.
- Have an eye to serve our customers with unrivaled quality.
- Have a continuous improvement/LEAN mindset in everything you do, every day.
