Tranquil small-town RV park, nestled along the Verde River. Open year-round. Located off of Highway 89A, just 3 miles north of Old Town Cottonwood, and 17 miles south of Sedona Main Street. The park consists of 63 full hook-up (20/30/50 AMP) campsites. 9 Tiny Houses are available to rent as well. Amenities include laundry and bathhouses facilities. Propane services as well as free wi-fi internet access. There are several trails on sight including the Verde River Trail and sacred Indian Ruins. 

Welcome to a relaxing ECO Living Retreat Experience! Private Tiny House includes: a loft bedroom, full bathroom, living area, and kitchenette. The exterior is furnished with a propane grill, picnic table, and a fire pit. BBQ in the great outdoors and roast marshmallows around the campfire at night.
