The Sanchez-Jimenez family migrated to the United States from Mexico City, “The Heart of Mexico,” in 1990. They worked in many roles across the restaurant industry and set a clear goal to own and operate a Mexican restaurant that shared their culture and flavorful dishes. Today their hard work has grown into three Tortas de Fuego locations across the Sedona and Verde Valley area, known for award-winning Mexican food.
